Global Green Energy Fund

Investment Objective

The objective of the Fund is to provide long term capital growth and positive returns to investors primarily by making sustainable impact investments in private companies engaged and operating in the European Union and USA.

The Fund invests a minimum of 80% in companies whose significant proportion of their activities are related to, but not limited to, renewable energy production and distribution, and technologies that promote responsible consumption and the cyclical economy.

In addition to the investments referred above, the Fund may also hold cash and may temporarily invest such cash in cash equivalents, money market instruments, government securities, and other securities, if, in the opinion of the Manager, the prevailing market and economic conditions justifies their undertaking.
